Therapy for adulting can help you manage the pressures you’ve been facing. You will learn practical tools to better manage life and cope with the emotional turmoil of trying to keep it all together.
How this will be different: therapy isn’t going to be more advice about what you should be doing in a certain timeframe. Instead it will be a non-judgmental space, just for you, to explore who you are, and where you might want to go in life. With my gentle guidance, you’ll feel less stressed and more calm and clear.
Therapy will consist of 50 minute, one-on-one sessions on a weekly basis that help you work through your anxieties and stress around adulting. We begin weekly to gain traction towards reducing anxiety and getting to a calmer, clearer state.

Through our guided conversation, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges have been.
We will start by helping you with immediate concerns like soothing paralyzing symptoms of anxiety and worry so you can begin to feel more centered and calm.
We will explore how you will care for yourself and structure the practical aspects of your life so you can feel more in charge and less overwhelmed.
You will learn new skills to reduce negative self-talk and begin to develop self-trust in who you are.
Over the course of our sessions, you will start to find clarity around the direction you want to go that feels like an authentic reflection of who you are.
