We’ll also review logistical details and see if our schedules match up. In this call, I can also answer any questions you may have and share next steps for scheduling your first session.
When you begin therapy, plan to start with weekly sessions so we can gain momentum towards bringing you more calm, less anxiety and make progress towards your goals. We’ll aim to find a regular weekly session time.
My highest priority is for you to connect with a therapist that will best fit your needs. If I am not the right match for you at this time, I can provide you with ideas for how to pursue other options.
